The same media department schools get, sized to a single club, travel, or AAU team. Every game covered, every player recognized, one consistent brand. Families see their athlete covered properly. Recruiters see a team taken seriously. You stop doing it yourself at eleven at night.

Most teams post a bracket photo and a trophy picture. Here's what a covered weekend actually produces. Pick a phase to see what ships.

One flat rate per team, with everything included. Three-month minimum so it matches a club season rather than locking you into a year. Run multiple teams and each one is covered at the same rate.
Three-month terms match how club seasons actually run. Most teams fund this through a local sponsor or a small line in family dues — on a twelve-player roster that's under $17 per family per month, less than a single tournament entry.
Per team. Each team you sign up gets the full department at the same flat rate — its own coverage, its own graphics, its own recaps. Clubs typically start with one team, see what a covered season looks like, then add more. If you want several teams covered, tell us how many on the call and we'll scope it together.
Three ways clubs typically handle it: a local sponsor covers it in exchange for season-long presence on everything we produce, it becomes a small line in family dues, or it comes out of the operating budget. We build the sponsor deck and activation materials either way — funding it through a partner is the most common path.
Most clubs do. Start with one team — often your oldest or most competitive group — run a three-month season, and see whether the families and the coverage justify expanding. There's no requirement to cover the whole club, and adding teams later doesn't change the per-team rate.
It makes them visible and it makes your team look credible — which matters when a coach is deciding whether to watch. We don't contact college coaches or promise exposure. The Recruiting Suite add-on goes further with athlete profiles, offer graphics, and coach media kits.
You designate one contact for the team — usually the team manager or a coach — and they text finals as games end. It's a text message, not a system to learn. We verify names and results before anything publishes.
They'll keep doing it and that's fine. What changes is that the team's account becomes the authoritative source — consistent, on-brand, and covering every player rather than whoever's parent is most active. Families end up sharing your posts instead of competing with them.
Content is live within three weeks and fully ramped by day 30. Week one is kickoff and asset collection, week two we build your brand kit and calendar, week three the first content publishes. If a tournament falls inside that window we prioritize it.
